We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant with a strong background in BI reporting tools, data warehousing, and cloud analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience and proven expertise in Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and data modelling.

This role involves end-to-end BI solution delivery, from requirements gathering to dashboard development, performance tuning, and stakeholder communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions using Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Tableau.
• Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and complex visualizations with DAX, M language, and Tabular models.
• Architect and implement row-level security (RLS) and column-level security (CLS) for secure reporting.
• Create and maintain semantic data models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Projects.
• Migrate BI projects from Tableau and MicroStrategy to Power BI, ensuring seamless transition and optimization.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory for sourcing and managing data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, data integration, and analytics delivery.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI reports and database queries.
• Administer BI platforms, including installation, upgrades, user/role management, and object migrations.
• Support and troubleshoot BI solutions across various business domains including retail, banking, and supply chain.
• Document technical solutions, conduct user training, and offer post-deployment support.
• Participate in Agile teams as a Scrum Master or lead to manage deliverables and ensure timely execution.

Mandatory Skills:

• BI Tools: Power BI (Desktop, Service, Gateway, Fabric), MicroStrategy (including Architect, Command Manager, Visual Insight), Tableau
• ETL Tools: Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Wherescape Red, SSIS
• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks
• Databases: Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, Big Query, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL
• Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, DAX, Python, Kusto
• Visualization: Custom Visuals, Advanced DAX Measures, Interactive Dashboards
• Security: Implementation of RLS and CLS
• Development Lifecycle: Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices
• Other Tools: Salesforce CRM, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder communication, documentation, leadership, and training capabilities
