If you’re energized by tight tolerances, smart setups, and collaborating with a crew that cares, you’ll feel at home in our state-of-the-art shop in Landing, NJ 07850. Imagine receiving a CAD model, mapping out your tooling strategy, dialing in offsets on a mill or lathe, and watching a perfect first article come off the machine—because you made the right call at every step.
What success looks like- You set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to deliver parts that match the spec—every time.
- You read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD to plan efficient operations.
- You keep a close eye on machine performance and adjust parameters to optimize results.
- You verify quality using precision hand metrology and document the outcome.
- You maintain an orderly, safe workstation and follow all safety guidelines.
- You work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- You capture accurate records of setups, production, and revisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal machining education/certification is a plus.
- Proven background as a CNC Machinist or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable operating CNC equipment and navigating G-code.
- Expertise in machining fundamentals, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and prints.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Flexible availability, including overtime when needed.
