Join Ellie Mental Health as a Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely. Who We Are:

- Maintain documentation per company policies
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
