Senior Pricing Analyst, Operations Cost Estimating (Hybrid)

The Electronic Solutions (ES) pricing organization is seeking a talented, high-energy candidate to provide pricing support to the Operations Proposal Group (OPG). This is a unique opportunity, reporting to the OPG Labor Manager. The successful candidate s duties will be related to:

• Interface with Operations Program Managers and Business Area leads on taking the RFP requirements & WBS and deriving the Operations Estimates to meet the customer needs.

• Create accurate and compliant Operations Basis of Estimates (BOE's)

• Develop Touch Hours Per Unit (HPU) and Operation Supports Estimates

• Managing a dynamic workflow

• Participate in special projects as required

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format , with time split between working on-site at our 10 Tara Blvd, Nashua, NH site *OR* our 150 Parish Drive, Wayne NJ site, and remotely .

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors degree (in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Business discipline) and 2 years of experience in pricing Cost/Price proposals, or financial analysis.

• Proficient in MS Office applications; specifically strong Excel skills, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently and effectively under time critical deadlines and stressful situations.

• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS proposal requirements.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
