The Hourly Retail Shop Support / Reception role is vital for ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer experiences. This position involves assisting customers, managing transactions, maintaining stock levels, and supporting overall sales activities while also handling reception duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Replenish stock to maintain inventory levels
- Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Organize and maintain attractive product displays
- Support sales activities to achieve targets
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail support
- Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Good time management
- Ability to collaborate within a team
