As a Research Associate in the Skills and Business Excellence group, you'll contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of education. **What You'll Do** + Conduct and support research projects with minimal supervision. + Collect, code, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. + Design AI-supported assessment prototypes and contribute to API development for GenAI model testing. + Collaborate with educators through co-design sessions to ensure classroom relevance. + Create charts, tables, and visuals for reports and presentations. + Co-author research reports, manuscripts, and presentation decks. + Coordinate efforts across diverse teams including scientists, engineers, and program administrators. + Continuously learn and apply new tools and methodologies. **Minimum Qualifications** + Master's degree in education, learning sciences, cognitive science, statistics, or a related field. + At least 2 years of hands-on research experience in educational settings. + Demonstrated experience in K-12 STEM education and assessment design. + Proven experience applying AI technologies in education. + Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or NVivo. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience designing assessments for emerging constructs. + Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). + Experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications or conference presentations. **ETS is mission driven and action oriented** + We are passionate about hiring innovative thinkers who believe in the promise of education and lifelong learning. + We are energized by cultivating growth, innovation, and continuous transformation for the next generation of rising professionals as leaders.
