Our Reorg team is looking for a new Corporate Actions Analyst. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Corporate Actions, including but not limited to dividends, interest and principal, reverse/forward splits, mergers, spin-offs, redemptions, etc. Holdings include positions held at DTCC, the FED and foreign markets through Euroclear.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process dividends, interest, principal, and maturity proceeds
- Manage mandatory corporate action events
- Resolve broker claims and charges across multiple entities
- Execute tax reporting, foreign withholding, optional dividend processing, and cost basis adjustments
- Submit elections to DTCC
- Address customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Monitor and reconcile assigned suspense accounts
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
- 1-3 years experience in financial services operations
- Able to maintain a high degree of accuracy a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Customer service orientated with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and SQL required
- Ability to be resourceful and work independently while keeping focus on the group’s strategic initiatives
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Knowledge of Refinitiv Beta, FIS Phase 3 and DTCC websites

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $63,000 to $83,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
