At Body Moksha Physical Therapy, we don't sell "units of care." We sell a return to the life you love. We are a premier, cash-based practice helping active adults (ages 4070) stay active without surgery or rushed, insurance-driven care.

We are looking for a Sales Professional who talks with conviction, hunts for the "yes," and takes immense pride in a perfectly organized CRM. If you are great at the "chase" but hate the "paperwork," this is not the role for you. We need an Organized Closer.

Who You Are (The "High-Detail Hunter")

• Sales DNA: You are persistent. You know that 80% of sales happen after the 5th follow-up. You are eager to hit your numbers and grow the practice.

• Conviction: You believe that specialized healthcare is a necessity. You talk with empathy, but you lead the patient to a decision with confidence.

• Systematic & Accurate: You find peace in a clean pipeline. You don't "keep details in your head"you move leads through our CRM and EMR with 100% accuracy.

• Tech-Savvy: You can fly through GSuite, RingCentral, and lead-tracking software without breaking a sweat.

Your Daily Mission

• Lead Conversion: Own the "Speed to Lead." Call, text, and email warm inquiries to book 50+ qualified evaluations per month.

• Master the Funnel: Manage the entire lead lifecycle. If a conversation isn't documented in our CRM, it didn't happen. Accuracy is your primary KPI.

• Relationship-Based Sales: Conduct discovery calls to uncover emotional drivers and help patients choose our premium care over traditional "mills."

Compensation & Benefits

• $60K+ first-year earning potential (Base + Performance bonuses).
