0032V IT Project Coordinator - M&A/Enterprise IT
Please contact Amanda Mazza, [email protected] We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a global biopharma company to support enterprise IT integration initiatives, including M&A-related programs. This role will work closely with Program Managers and PMO Leads to drive execution, coordination, and tracking across multiple IT workstreams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a structured PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of IT integration and enterprise initiatives
- Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and status reports
- Coordinate tasks across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data teams
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate when appropriate
- Facilitate working sessions and document decisions and next steps
- Assist with Day 1 readiness tracking and post-integration activities
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting IT projects or enterprise programs
- Experience working in structured PMO environments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise IT domains
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to M&A integration or separation projects
- Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments
- CAPM or working toward PMP certification
