What We Are Looking For

Get a real, practical experience with a contractor during your internship! As a Conti intern, you will be involved and will get real responsibility and many opportunities to learn. Location is in person at our Edison, NJ office

Responsibilities

  • Assistant Estimator responsibilities include coordination of bid documents, take-offs, computer entry, labor, productions, sub-contractor, and vendor pricing. Additional duties may include involvement in project start-up meetings, sub-contractor and vendor by-outs, owner estimates, sub/vendor requisitions, and cost-to-completes.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Engineering or Construction Management or related field
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills are a must
  • Track record of achievement
  • Self-directed, organized, and self-motivated to accomplish goals
  • Ability and desire to learn and progress within your position
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • Excellent Academic Credentials
  • Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, Software
