The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is hiring a Real Estate Client Success & Lead Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll work with warm leads, guide conversations, identify client needs, and help connect buyers and sellers with the right team members, all while working remotely with proven systems, ongoing coaching, and company-sponsored real estate licensing.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $75,000 First-Year OTE (Base Salary + Commission)

• Real estate licensing, sponsorship, and ongoing coaching

$75,000 Overall Total Earnings

• Engage with warm leads and build meaningful client relationships
• Qualify prospects and coordinate appointments with the sales team
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in Follow Up Boss CRM
• Execute consistent follow-up through calls, texts, and emails
• Participate in coaching and contribute to team performance

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Sales, client success, or customer-facing experience preferred *Prior sales experience not required
• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn proven systems
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and CRM workflows
• Resides in the Greater Philadelphia region and is willing to obtain a RE License
