Assistant Outside Golf Operations
Country Club in Metuchen, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Outside Golf Operations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, member-focused, and dependable individuals to join our outside operations team as Bag Room Attendants and Cart Attendants. Reporting directly to the Director of Outside Operations and working alongside the golf professional staff, these roles are essential to delivering seamless daily golf operations and an outstanding experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors.
Requirements
No prior golf club experience is required — we will train the right candidates. A genuine passion for service, a positive attitude, and reliability are the most important qualities we look for. Some knowledge of golf and golf etiquette is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with members, guests, and fellow staff are essential. Must be comfortable working outdoors and available for early morning and weekend shifts during the golf season.
Compensation
$16.00 per hour.
