SCM Associate
Job Summary
SCM Associate handles all order documents and data for purchasing/warehousing operations and inventory checks, including data input into FG-Biz, issuing order sheets, organizing data and tasks for P/T workers in the warehouse, and assisting the Warehouse Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Order Processing
Receive orders, input them into the system, print ordered lists, and hand them over to warehouse workers.
Adjust order quantities by communicating with stores and issue picking lists.
Input PO information into the system, print ordered lists, and hand them over to the warehouse for receiving.
Verify vendor invoices against quantities and amounts based on PO upon delivery.
Check and verify items and quantities during receiving and shipping.
Conduct daily inventory checks as needed.
Logistics
Manage product deliveries to customers, including selecting shipping methods and scheduling shipments.
Maintain and track accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products.
Inventory
Maintain and track accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products.
Confirm daily receiving and shipping activities to ensure accurate inventory data.
Report issues such as shortages, overages, aging inventory, etc.
Participate in monthly physical inventory checks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
0–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred; food industry experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
Bilingual in English and Korean
Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong multitasking abilities
Team-oriented mindset
Problem-solving skills
Strong “watch and learn” attitude
Attention to detail
Comfortable working in freezer environments
Computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
