Job Title: Compounder – 3rd Shift
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Shift: 3rd Shift (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
Start Date: July 28, 2025

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Compounder for the 3rd shift. This position involves preparing, mixing, and processing raw materials to create high-quality batches. Candidates should have previous manufacturing or compounding experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, pumping, and homogenizing equipment

• Accurately weigh and combine raw materials based on batch records and SOPs

• Monitor equipment and process controls (temperature, timing, pressure)

• Take and label samples for lab testing

• Perform batch adjustments and rework procedures as needed

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following SOPs

• Maintain accurate batch documentation

• Operate a forklift for material movement and staging

• Follow all safety and GMP standards in the compounding area

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in compounding or manufacturing

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage

• Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift hours
