About the Position:

A well-established, multi-location dental group with a strong presence across New Jersey is seeking a General Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This opportunity involves splitting time between two modern, fully equipped offices located in Hamilton and Lawrenceville, NJ .

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral health issues using evidence-based clinical practices

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with empathy and efficiency

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment documentation

• Ensure compliance with dental board regulations and office protocols

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications:

• DDS / DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

• Completion of a U.S.-based General Practice Residency or minimum 1 year of experience in a U.S. dental setting

• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of New Jersey

• Eligibility for insurance credentialing, including Medicaid and Medicare

• Strong communication skills with both patients and team members

• Proficient in routine dental procedures and preventive care

• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
