BG Staffing is currently seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a premier apartment community team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as the first impression of a community.

Our client has emphasized the importance of professional appearance, strong presentation skills, excellent communication, and a positive, customer-first attitude. The ideal candidate is confident interacting with prospective residents, conducting apartment tours, and building strong relationships with current and future community members.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Overtime Available for candidates interested in additional hours
• Competitive opportunity with potential for rate consideration based on experience

Schedule

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: Off

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conduct apartment and community tours for prospective residents
• Answer questions regarding floor plans, amenities, pricing, and community features
• Assist with leasing activities including applications, follow-up communications, and resident relations
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting leasing office environment
• Build rapport with residents and prospects while delivering outstanding customer service
• Support occupancy goals through proactive lead management and follow-up
• Assist with resident events and community engagement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable presenting information and conducting apartment tours
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the onsite team
