Role Overview
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations. Experience with metals and high volume manufacturing a huge plus In this role as you’ll guide a team of engineers, partner across departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
Improve production rates, efficiency, and overall performance
Establish and manage equipment and process performance metrics (OEE) to reduce downtime and scrap
Drive lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to eliminate waste
Plan and oversee engineering and process improvement projects
Ensure team goals for output, quality, and cost are consistently met
Collaborate closely with operations, quality, design, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven supervisory or management experience
Strong background in manufacturing engineering
Experience in a metal manufacturing environment is a plus
A collaborative leader with a continuous-improvement mindset
