In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Accurately forecast training demand to ensure the organization has the right skills at the right time, aligning training plans directly to business and service capability needs.
  • Deliver high-quality technical training that strengthens technician and service personnel proficiency in products, systems, policies, and diagnostic tools.
  • Develop deep subject-matter expertise through train‑the‑trainer sessions and keep all training content current, relevant, and aligned with the latest product updates.
  • Measure training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and field performance to drive improvements in both content and delivery.
  • Advance continuous improvement efforts by identifying training gaps, recommending enhancements, and adopting new learning methods or technologies.

  • Communicate effectively across audiences by adjusting tone, depth, and format—ensuring technicians, leaders, and cross-functional partners clearly understand training content, expectations, and outcomes.
  • Drive measurable results by consistently delivering training that improves technician capability, service quality, and field performance, even under pressure.
  • Provide a compelling vision for learning, helping learners understand the “why” behind training and motivating them to apply new skills confidently on the job.
  • Ensure strong accountability, holding yourself and learners responsible for preparation, participation, completion, and application of training.
  • Build trust through authenticity, demonstrating honesty, reliability, and technical credibility so learners feel supported, respected, and confident in your guidance.
  • Navigate organizational complexity, understanding policies, systems, and stakeholder priorities to coordinate training needs smoothly across teams or locations.
  • Plan and align training priorities by forecasting needs, organizing schedules, and ensuring training aligns with broader service capability and business goals.
  • Commit to self‑development, continuously building your technical knowledge, facilitation skills, and understanding of new tools, technologies, and learning methods.
  • Adapt to different situations and learners, flexing your delivery style in real time—whether the group needs more hands‑on practice, simplified explanations, or deeper technical discussion.
  • Deliver engaging, effective training that adjusts to group and individual needs, ensuring learners gain skills they can immediately apply in the field.
