Senior Finance Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and the ability to manage cash flow effectively while maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities (Overall Renovation)

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple construction projects
• Code and process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, change orders, and client payments using QuickBooks
• Prepare job-level P&Ls and analyze direct job costs, overhead allocations, and profit margins
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
• Work closely with project managers to resolve expense discrepancies and ensure accurate job costing
• Track retainage, insurance, licenses, and other overhead costs
• Assist in preparing draw requests, financial reports, and budgets
• Implement and improve internal controls and reporting processes
• Support leadership with financial insights to guide decision-making

Responsibilities (Arianna Skincare)

• Track inventory, manage product reorders, and coordinate with suppliers
• Assist with packaging logistics and order fulfillment
• Maintain financial records and assist with budgeting and bookkeeping
• Monitor and update e-commerce platforms and customer orders
• Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns as needed
• Work directly with the founder to implement systems and streamline workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles, demonstrating expertise in financial report analysis.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis and forecasting techniques to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in relevant financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
