Licensed Therapist - Part-Time / Per Diem (Hybrid Schedule).

We are currently hiring licensed clinicians (LPC, LAC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW) for part-time or per diem positions. Please note: this opportunity is only open to fully licensed clinicians. Provisionally licensed clinicians in need of supervision should not apply for this role.

About Us:

Vitag Health LLC / Vida Sarkodie Inc provides a range of mental health services including:

• Individual therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
• Couples and family counseling.
• Specialized behavioral interventions for children and teens.
• Parent skills training.
• Group therapy and rotating support groups.

Our practice is rooted in person-centered, culturally responsive care and places with a strong emphasis on collaboration, therapeutic relationships, and individualized treatment planning.

Position Overview:

This role is best suited for a clinician who is:

• Compassionate, motivated, and client-focused.
• Experienced in delivering individual therapy and/or group work.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled in one or more evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, CTI preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intakes and clinical assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (individual and/or group).
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Attend team meetings, and case consultations.
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and licensing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities.
• Engage in culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care practices.

• Job Type: Part-Time / Per Diem.
• Compensation: competitive rate.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Active and unrestricted license in New Jersey (LPC, LAC, LMFT, LMSW,LCSW).
• Minimum of 1 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply (not required).
