Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily production schedules and operations to meet targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.

• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and compliance standards within the production environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning scheduling and inventory control.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with automation technologies Industry 4.0 principles or smart manufacturing solutions.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
