Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the promotional branded merchandise industry. As an integral member of our sales force, you will be responsible for hunting and acquiring new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. This role requires a proactive, independent, and competitive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities for our Outside Sales Representative :

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and innovative strategies to drive sales and outdo revenue targets.

Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate forecasts.

Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications for our Outside Sales Representative :

Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the Ad Specialty industry.

Strong prospecting and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
