About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work with small and medium-sized business owners to help grow their businesses with checking and payments options provided by Bluevine. You will be working with our newest customers, helping onboarding and converting them onto Bluevine’s banking platform. This individual should be willing to meet or exceed outbound call expectations, hustle, be open to learning, passionate about selling, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. There is great growth potential as our sales organization continues to grow!
What You'll Do
- Make at least 80 calls & send ~80 emails per day to warm leads and approvals
- Manage a pipeline of 100 or more of our highest qualification opportunities to date
- Consistently hit monthly volume, call and email KPIs, and meet or exceed quota
- Conduct introductory outreach to build rapport; strongly represent Bluevine’s brand with new customers and create opportunity for deeper engagement and adoption
- Uncover full customer needs and pain points, identify how Bluevine can best help and educate business owners on the specific benefits and features that will matter most
- Utilize sales engagement tools, lead management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management
- Maintain an organized pipeline and prioritize multiple tasks including follow-up with any leads
- Develop your sales skills so you can graduate to the Account Executive team

New Hire Base Salary Range: $37,680 - $45,240
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $62,800 - $75,400
