Calm Water & Bath in South Jersey is looking for a full-time Product Manager who's hands-on, steady, and ready to guide our installation teams to success. WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER?

In this management position, you start each day supporting your crews, preparing apprentices, and ensuring every job is set up for success. You'll be out on job sites conducting check-ins, coaching installers, helping teams troubleshoot challenges, and upholding the quality and safety standards that define Calm Water & Bath. You turn training into confidence, chaos into structure, and installs into beautifully finished spaces that deliver peace of mind to homeowners. Your leadership keeps everything moving forward smoothly.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER?

• Experience in one-day bath installation
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain crews
• Strong background in training and performance coaching
• Experience in establishing and managing apprenticeships
• Capacity to maintain quality control, safety, and timelines
