Cycle Counter

Staff Management Group is seeking a Cycle Counter for our client in Dayton, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
• Monday - Friday

Pay Rate

• $18 / hour

Job Summary

The Cycle Counter will be working with the Inventory Control team/warehouse manager to maintain inventory accuracy, with proper counting of SKUs. The Counter will also assist any warehouse supervisor in keeping the inventory organized, with ideas, suggestions, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Data entry of all adjustments required and approved.
• Review records – ensure the database is accurate as a starting point.
• Upload report – to scanners.
• Investigate and reconcile - identify discrepancies during counts and reconcile with the supervisor.
• Monitor and control movements from locations.
• Counts task – requires employees to climb step ladders to reach the second and third levels on GOH storage bars.
• Working with the Inventory Control team during PI

Job Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of ACS (AS400)
• Familiar with functions or RF scanners
• Ability to work on an individual level, as well as a team environment; cultivate collaborative relationships with co-workers
• MUST be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
