Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, skilled hairstylist who’s driven to deliver exceptional results while contributing to a positive, energetic salon environment. You’ll be responsible for providing professional hair services, building client relationships, and working collaboratively with our team to create a memorable salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and pampered.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Build and maintain strong, loyal client relationships.
• Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive team culture.
• Participate in salon events, promotions, and ongoing training.
• Assist with retail sales and promote salon products when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling for all hair types.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for staying on top of industry trends and techniques.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Driven and self-motivated to grow and expand your clientele.
• 2 years' experience is preferred, no existing clientele necessary
