About the Role:
- Assemble electrical components and systems according to technical specifications and schematics.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist in the training of new team members in assembly techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical assembly or related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and schematic diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
