Mental Health Therapist- Job Summary

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

As a Mental Health Therapist with EWC, youll have the opportunity to work with clients in the following ways:

• Provide individual therapy to clients and include collaterals when appropriate.
  
• Provide group therapy if the therapist has group therapy experience and is interested in running a group.
  
• Create a treatment plan for clients, with ongoing modifications based on client progress in therapy.
• Prepare clients for the completion of their treatment.
  
• Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources and other providers when needed.

Heres what EWC is seeking:

• New Jersey licensed as a LSW/LAC/LAMFT - will consider pending licensure
• Candidates with experience in kids ages 10+ (Preferred).
  
• A great personality who can engage easily and offer care to our awesome clients.
• A hard-working, caring human who is willing to see at least 32 clients (FT) per week.
• Someone who is responsible, a team player, and looking to grow and learn.
  

Requirements:

• Satisfactory completion of professional references.
  
• Education: Master's (Required)
• License/Certification: New Jersey LSW/LAC/LAMFT (Required) will consider pending licensure

Salary: $60,000-$70.000+ up to $5,000 for Performance Bonus - experience in the field, schedule availability, and specialties.
