Overview
Seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our busy Morris County Import Automotive Dealership. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of the dealership process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations and administrative staff.
- Manage accounting processes (AP/AR, payroll, commissions/chargebacks, co-op, warranty schedule.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all dealership procedures.
- Work closely with sales and service departments.
- Reconcile schedules and prepare monthly financial reports and monthly close.
- Maintain and organize bank reconciliations, deal postings, and posting of inventory.
- Oversee compliance with all state regulations.
Requirements
- Prior automotive dealership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems. (AutoMate preferred)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliable and professional.
- Team player, approachable, and have a positive attitude.
