Staff Management Group is seeking a Packer for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 12AM - 8AM

Pay Rate:

• $16.42 / hour

Job Summary:

The Packer is responsible for supporting daily production and packaging operations in a cosmetic manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling products, sorting components, labeling, and packaging finished goods while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly line work for cosmetic products
• Sort components and finished products according to production requirements
• Package cosmetic items accurately and efficiently
• Apply labels and verify labeling accuracy
• Inspect products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Work collaboratively with production and packaging teams
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous packaging or assembly experience required, preferably in a cosmetic or manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform line work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
