Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Building Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining our university's facilities. This position requires experience in logging readings, inspecting worksites for potential issues, and providing excellent customer service while visiting various sites on campus.

Responsibilities

• Log readings accurately in a log book.
• Inspect worksites for any potential problems and address them promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service while visiting different sites on campus.

Essential Skills

• Experience in boiler operation and documentation.
• Proficiency in temperature controls and gauge management.
• High-pressure black seal boiler license or Blue seal steam license
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Blue or Black seal boiler license.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PISCATAWAY, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
