Location: New Jersey
Compensation: Up to $125,000 Annually + Bonus

Our client, a respected health services organization, is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations across multiple centers in the New Jersey region. This strategic role is focused on driving operational excellence, compliance, and growth—while fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support Center Directors to ensure high-quality care and strong team performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, staffing, and strategic planning across multiple sites
- Drive growth through community outreach, marketing, and strong census performance
- Coach and mentor site leaders, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous professional development
- Monitor financial performance and implement process improvements
- Ensure all locations are aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare, adult day care, or senior services environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN or degree in a health-related field is a plus
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Comfortable traveling 50% or more across the region
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
