Key Responsibilities

· Source and engage board-certified radiologists for teleradiology projects using databases, directories, and cold outreach

· Client recruitment - more facilities in need of teleradiology coverage as a secondary recruiting target

· Develop and maintain robust pipelines of prospective physicians and healthcare clients

· Work with marketing and operations staff to launch targeted email marketing and other campaigns to drive response

· Research prospects, generate leads, and increase the contact list

· Collaborate with other departments to transition qualified leads toward conversion and onboarding

· Track metrics and provide updates on recruitment progress

Qualifications

· An active dedication to fostering leads using Linkedin,

· Experience using Linkedin Recruiter (not Recruiter Lite)

· 2+ years of experience in recruiting, lead generation, or healthcare business development; physician or B2B healthcare recruitment preferred

· Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho Recruit or similar ATS

· Strong organizational skills and attention to our multiple client's changing needs

· Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple recruitment pipelines

· College degree required
