• Title: ABA Therapist / RBT (Bilingual - Spanish) - Jersey City, NJ - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Location: Jersey City, NJ
• Schedule: Part Time / Evening
• Salary: $20-$30/hr

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Jersey City and nearby areas .

You will work directly with children-at home, in schools, or in our center-using individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Your role will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families in our community.

Service Areas: Hamilton, Trenton, Robbinsville, Lawrenceville, Bordentown, Princeton.

We offer full training for beginners -no prior experience required. If you're already an RBT, we welcome your expertise!

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans
• Use play and structured activities to teach communication, social, and life skills
• Track progress and collect session data
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and families
• Follow behavior support strategies and maintain a positive learning environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation

• ABA experience required

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
