Mitigation Technician / Lead Technician in Training

- Respond to residential and commercial water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses
- Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, cleaning, and mold remediation
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other restoration equipment
- Take moisture readings, photographs, and document work using company software
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicles and equipment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency losses
- Work closely with the Mitigation Manager and other team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Develop the skills necessary to independently lead mitigation projects and crews
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Anticipated Working Hrs 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Ability to work on call during evenings, weekends, and overtime when emergency work requires it
- Willingness to learn and earn industry certifications
- Restoration, construction, mold remediation, cleaning, or similar field experience is preferred but not required
- IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT or other restoration certifications are a plus
- $18–$25 per hour , based on experience and certifications
