Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our exterior cleaning and restoration team. This role is responsible for evaluating residential and commercial properties, preparing accurate estimates, and helping convert inquiries into booked jobs. You will be the first point of contact for many customers and play a key role in both sales and customer experience.

This position requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of exterior cleaning services (or willingness to learn quickly), and the ability to assess property conditions in person and/or using digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and/or remote estimates for power washing, soft washing, paver cleaning, sanding, sealing, deck cleaning, and related services
• Accurately measure and evaluate surfaces (house exteriors, driveways, patios, walkways, decks, etc.)
• Identify service needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on condition and material type
• Prepare and present clear, professional quotes to customers in a timely manner
• Communicate with office staff to schedule approved jobs
• Document property conditions with photos and notes before work begins
• Maintain organized records of estimates, customer interactions, and job details in CRM
• Answer customer questions regarding services, process, and expectations
• Represent the company professionally in the field at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for measurements and pricing calculations
• Ability to read property layouts (Google Maps / Google Earth experience preferred)
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or estimating software/CRM
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and assess exterior surfaces safely
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in exterior cleaning is a plus (not required)
