Atlantic Eye is a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice with locations in Eatontown, Holmdel, Little Silver, and Wall Township. We’ve been voted Best Eye Care Clinic in Monmouth County – Two Years in a Row because of our dedication to excellence—and our amazing staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide patients through their surgical journey with empathy and confidence.
• Educate patients about surgical procedures and premium lens options.
• Handle financial discussions and obtain signed consents.
• Coordinate surgery dates and follow-up care with physicians.
• Schedule in-office procedures and manage all related paperwork.
• Answer patient questions pre- and post-surgery.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record system.
• Travel between our Monmouth County locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A people-person with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Surgical counseling experience required—ophthalmology experience is a plus.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and EHR platforms.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.
