Overnight Fulfillment Associate

Location: Eatontown, NJ
Employment Type: Contract 6-12 weeks, possibly contract-to-hire
Schedule: Will train for a few days on dayshift (flexible). Normal overnight hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential

Overnight Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:

• Works in a highly, highly, highly secure area and helps prepare credit cards to be mailed to customers (order fulfillment)
• Upload customer information and customer data into machine using MS Excel spreadsheet (training on this process is provided, must understand how to use basic Excel)
• Preforms order fulfillment QC checks on outgoing mail including: labeling, address accuracy, proper paperwork included in envelope
• Loads blank credit cards into high speed credit card manufacturing machine to maintain production runs. Makes adjustments on machine speed, temperatures, ink saturation, etc. as needed
• Brings completed credit cards from the Production Floor to the Warehouse Vault (2 person assignment due to high security) using pallet jack. Completes security paperwork (chain of custody form)
• Follows very detailed instructions anytime there is a jam on the credit card machine to ensure the credit cards are accurate and contain the correct customer data by manually checking those cards adversely affected by jam. Learns and understands why machine jam occurred and corrects issue (heat, speed, duplicate card draw, etc.)

Overnight Fulfillment Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Basic MS Excel skills
• Must be available for overnight work (Monday - Friday 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM) Will train for a few days on dayshift and training scheduled accommodations can be provided. Must be available for overnight shift.
