What You’ll Do
- Assist with pavement fieldwork operations, including data collection and survey activities.

- Help develop pavement design recommendations using industry-standard methods and software.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and support documentation.
- Collaborate with senior staff and project managers on pavement evaluation, design, and management projects.
What We’re Looking For
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (required).
- M.S. in Pavement Engineering (preferred).
- Strong interest in pavement, transportation, or geotechnical engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good technical writing skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Previous internships, co-op, or coursework related to pavement engineering is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork as needed.
Why Join AID?
- Work directly with senior engineers and industry experts in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Gain hands-on experience with advanced pavement testing and evaluation technologies.
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
- Mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to accelerate your career.
- Be part of a growing firm with opportunities for advancement into project management and leadership roles.
