As a vital part of our care team, HHAs play a critical role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist clients with medication management, including administration and monitoring
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair and bed mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Meet all requirements and standards established by the state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Certificate in Home Health Aide training or equivalent
• 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely and efficiently
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
