What you’ll do

• Deliver, restock, and rotate inventory at assigned accounts.
• Clean and maintain brewing equipment; complete at least one daily Cup Quality Check (CQC).
• Escalate issues quickly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to safeguard customer satisfaction.
• Service every stop on the daily schedule—no one gets missed.
• Own route paperwork: invoices, collections, and inventory tracking.
• Lift Revenue per Stop by closing core product gaps, running seasonal/LTO promos, applying pricing actions, and ensuring stations meet standards.
• Report inefficiencies, concerns, and new opportunities to the ASM while providing route relief.
• Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse support, and customer projects.
• Learn to perform basic equipment adjustments and minor repairs.
• Follow the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make opportunistic sales calls.
• Help with warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service as needed.

Schedule & driving

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (overtime when needed).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical required.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Route delivery experience (preferred but not required).
• Customer service background (preferred); foodservice experience (a plus).
• Strong, clean driving record.

Pay, benefits, and transparency

We’re transparent about compensation. The base salary range for this role is set by Farmer Brothers and varies with experience and qualifications.

We apply geographic pay differentials to reflect cost-of-living; higher-cost markets may include a location premium based on market data and local economic conditions.
