Job Description:

The Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects supporting growth initiatives and continuous improvement activities in a regulated environment. Projects may include new production/testing capacity, product transfers, compliance programs, customer qualifications, and process improvements. This role requires strong project management experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define and plan project scopes and objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

• Measure project performance using tracking systems, tools, and techniques.

• Communicate challenges/roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.

• Organize and lead project meetings to assess progress and manage functional task timelines.

• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Prepare and deliver all project documentation and ensure readiness for milestone/tollgate reviews.

• Lead root cause/countermeasure activities to resolve scope, quality, timing, or budget issues.

• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, ICHQ7, IPEC, ISO, FDA Part 210/211, and related regulations.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related).

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO9000, FDA, Import/Export regulations.

• Proven track record managing projects/programs to completion.

• Project Management training required; certifications (PMP, etc.) a plus.

• Experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or IT systems development/management.

• Background with systems and software applications.

• Communication skills (verbal & written), ability to influence across all organizational levels.

• Detail-oriented, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
