Job Description:
The Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects supporting growth initiatives and continuous improvement activities in a regulated environment. Projects may include new production/testing capacity, product transfers, compliance programs, customer qualifications, and process improvements. This role requires strong project management experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define and plan project scopes and objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Measure project performance using tracking systems, tools, and techniques.

Communicate challenges/roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.

Organize and lead project meetings to assess progress and manage functional task timelines.

Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Prepare and deliver all project documentation and ensure readiness for milestone/tollgate reviews.

Lead root cause/countermeasure activities to resolve scope, quality, timing, or budget issues.

Ensure compliance with cGMPs, ICHQ7, IPEC, ISO, FDA Part 210/211, and related regulations.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related).

Knowledge of GMP, ISO9000, FDA, Import/Export regulations.

Proven track record managing projects/programs to completion.

Project Management training required; certifications (PMP, etc.) a plus.

Experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or IT systems development/management.

Background with systems and software applications.

Communication skills (verbal & written), ability to influence across all organizational levels.

Detail-oriented, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
