Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in early childhood development to fill a year-long maternity leave contract position. This role focuses on Pre-K students in a supportive early childhood school environment located in Cherry Hill, NJ. The position requires working three days per week and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners during a critical stage of their communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide individualized therapy plans for Pre-K students
• Collaborate with educators and families to support each child's communication goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide consultation and support for classroom strategies that enhance speech and language development
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience or certification in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Familiarity with school-based speech therapy services, especially in early childhood settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young children, families, and staff
