This is a long-term contract position based in New Jersey, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of email and direct marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.

• Coordinate and manage event logistics, ensuring successful promotion and execution.

• Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.

• Contribute to rebranding projects by assisting with design updates and content creation.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.

• Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for various marketing initiatives.

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for improvement.

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.

• Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility.

• Stay up to date with current marketing trends and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.

• Proficiency in managing email campaigns and direct marketing initiatives.

• Experience in event planning and handling logistics.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engagement.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.

• Ability to contribute creatively to rebranding projects and marketing strategies.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus
