The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

Position Overview

Minimum Pay:

$266,808.00

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Physiatrist to join our rehabilitation team. This role combines inpatient leadership with the opportunity to help grow a new outpatient clinic and perform PM&R consults across the hospital system.

Duties:

· Conduct PM&R consults for a variety of rehab needs (neuro, musculoskeletal, complex medical)

· Provide safe, evidence-based medical management, including spasticity treatment, bowel and bladder programs, and comprehensive brain injury care.

· Collaborate on the development and expansion of outpatient rehabilitation services

· Ensure quality outcomes, compliance, and an exceptional patient experience

· Engage in program growth, education, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

· MD/DO, NJ license, DEA/CDS

· Completion of PM&R residency, Board Certification

· Special interest in brain injuries welcome
