Sous Chef
We’re looking for an experienced Israeli Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about authentic Israeli and Mediterranean flavors, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and brings creativity, consistency, and professionalism to every service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and execute Israeli and Mediterranean dishes with authenticity and precision.
Maintain high standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency.
Oversee kitchen staff during prep and service; provide leadership and guidance.
Help manage ordering, inventory control, and food cost management.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Assist in menu development, specials, and seasonal updates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Line Cook ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of Israeli, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Ability to lead a team with professionalism and clear communication.
Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure.
Someone friendly, dependable, and a natural team player.
