Job Roles & Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations at the retail store. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Managing financial transactions, including accounts receivable and cash management. Ensuring excellent customer service delivery at the front desk. Supervising cash registers and other financial transactions. Salary: This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $2500 - $4500 on a monthly basis. The pay details will be discussed further during the interview process.Qualifications: 0-10 years of experience in a retail environment or related field. Valid work visa, US Citizen, Green Card, H4, OPT are acceptable statuses. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in cash management and accounts receivable. Experience with front desk operations and retail sales. Basic cooking skills for store events and demonstrations.
