What You’ll Be Doing

As a Swim Instructor at British Swim School, you’ll play an essential role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for our students. Your primary focus will be teaching swimming techniques and water safety to children and adults, ensuring every lesson is engaging and effective. Here’s what your day-to-day may include:

• Teaching swim lessons to individuals or small groups, following our proven curriculum.
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment in and around the pool.
• Communicating with parents or guardians about their child’s progress.
• Assisting with pool setup and cleanup before and after lessons.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor who brings a blend of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a love for teaching. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices.
