Office Assistant – PART TIME

• Hours: Monday thru Thursday 9:00am – 2:00pm
• Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
• Location: Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046

Job Duties include:

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email and in person
• Schedule client and internal meetings
• Efficiently process customer phone and on-line orders
• Bookkeeping and processing invoices and purchase orders

Requirements include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good general office computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Action orientation and team player
• Positive, approachable and professional demeanor
