Office Assistant – PART TIME
- Hours: Monday thru Thursday 9:00am – 2:00pm
- Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
- Location: Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046

Job Duties include:
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email and in person
- Schedule client and internal meetings
- Efficiently process customer phone and on-line orders
- Bookkeeping and processing invoices and purchase orders
Requirements include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good general office computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Action orientation and team player
- Positive, approachable and professional demeanor
