**Customer Support Technician - Seasonal Position**

**Location:** Freehold, NJ (Hybrid Remote)

**Hourly Rate:** $15.50 to $20 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support team for our exciting summer classes focused on A.I., video game design, Unity 3D, app design, coding, ROBLOX, Minecraft, and more! This seasonal position runs from May through August, with a flexible schedule of 20 to 40 hours per week.

**Work Environment:**
- **Hybrid Role:** Primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and events in Freehold, NJ.
- **Training:** Comprehensive training on software and company culture will be provided.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email.
- Assist parents, students, teachers, and program directors with inquiries about student projects, software, curricula, and general summer camp support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve instructor and parent concerns.

- Ability to work in a team with shared responsibilities and objectives.
- Superior attention to detail and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Esports experience in casting or playing is valued.
